Erin S. Fritzler

Erin S. Fritzler, joins Young & Chic LLP following a 20-year career as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, where she rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring to practice law full-time. Ms. Fritzler was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant through the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2006.
Over two decades of service, Ms. Fritzler held a progression of command, legal-adjacent, and operational leadership roles. While on active duty, Ms. Fritzler earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California Bar in 2016. She was a member of the Law Journal and interned with the Appellate Claims section in Los Angeles County and the Claims Division for Fort Irwin’s Judge Advocate General.
She brings to her legal practice the discipline, sound judgment, and executive-level leadership developed over 20 years of managing complex operations, personnel, and high-stakes decisions worldwide. She is a member of the Los Angeles County and Santa Clarita Valley Bar Associations.
Mrs. Fritzler lives in the Santa Clarita Valley with her husband, PJ, and their two children.
