Brian received his B.A. from UC Riverside in 2010 and his J.D. from UC Hastings in 2017, where he graduated cum laude and served as a Senior Technology Editor for Hastings Law Journal. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2017 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Central and Southern Districts of California).
Brian is a litigation attorney with significant experience representing a broad spectrum of clients in high-stakes civil litigation across California, including complex breach of contract, product liability, mass tort, and construction defect matters. He represented product manufacturers, insurers, service providers, and employers in both state and federal courts. Brian has also advised clients on electronic discovery and regulatory compliance, including cross-border data protection. Prior to engaging in civil litigation practice, Brian worked as a prosecutor at a District Attorney’s office for several years, managing a heavy caseload and trying several jury trials to verdict.
